Sharika M. Robinson

as she worked her way to become a successful attorney

Sharika M. Robinson is the owner and founder of The Law Office of Sharika M. Robinson, PLLC, a Charlotte, NC based law practice dedicated to civil litigation.

She graduated at the top of her law school class as valedictorian at North Carolina Central School of Law in 2012. Sharika has had two prestigious clerkships with the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and an associate attorney at Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson and summer associate attorney at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP. She has also been awarded the Wolverine Bar Association Margarette A. Taylor Distinguished Young Lawyer Award. Prior to her legal career, Sharika worked as a chemist and earned her B.S. in Chemistry from North Carolina State University.

Sharika, who achieved her degrees and recognitions while also supporting a family as a single mother, found solace in her teachers, church and her own internal determination for success. She lives each day to the mantra of her grandmother, “just because it hasn’t been done, doesn’t mean it can’t be done”. Robinson is notorious in the courts to doing what it takes to ensure that justice is found for those who seek, deserve and most of all, earn it. 

Sharika is no stranger to adversity, litigation or a fight. She firmly believes that all three are opportunities to exhibit faith, hope, and love and she single-handedly exhibits the tenacity to understand that she has been equipped with the strength to conquer insurmountable odds. At The Law Office of Sharika M. Robinson, she welcomes the opportunity to challenge the unfair and unjust experiences of her clients. 

Robinson is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and has practiced in North Carolina state courts and federal courts across the country. She currently serves as the board director of the Charlotte Chamber Metro Chapter and provides pro-bono assistance to indigent clients in landlord-tenant disputes.
